In a sea of trade show booths, people aren’t looking for another banner…

They’re looking to see something that makes them stop mid-step.

Something that moves.
Something they can interact with.
Something that 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼.

The booths making the biggest impact aren’t louder, they’re clearer.

𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄; 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝘁.

So, take a look at this short reel we’ve put together from an Industrial3D client at a trade show last year.

These clips share pieces from the interactive experience this trade show booth offered.
✅ Exploded parts.
✅ Fly around views.
✅ Self-guided tours.

What could be better than letting the client explore for themselves?

So, before your next trade show, ask yourself:

𝗪𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗵?
✔️ Yes
❌ Or would you walk right past it?

If the answer is the latter, what are you doing to make it a booth worth stopping at?

It’s a complex machine by design…
Multiple components, moving parts, precise timing.

But when you show it?
It’s either fully assembled… or completely overwhelming.

No in-between.

So, how do you market it something like this?
✅ Break the equipment down into individual components.
✅ Use exploded animation to separate and highlight each part.
✅ Show how components interact and move together.
✅ Reassemble it to demonstrate the full operation.

Simple. Visual. Clear.

If your equipment takes too long to explain…
It might just need to be shown differently.

Inside the plant, everything runs the way it should…

Outside of it, how do you show what keeps it running efficiently?

You might show PowerPoint slides with images,
Or diagrams from CAD models.

But you can’t show the movement.

Animation bridges that gap.

So, what can an animation do:
✅ Map the full system.
✅ Turn each step into a clear visual sequence.
✅ Animate the flow, so cause and effect are obvious.
✅ Show how everything connects as one system.

And instead of explaining it multiple different ways…
You just show it once.

If your process is hard to explain, it might just need to be seen in motion.
Let’s bring it to life.

How do you help people understand your product when the real value lies in the details?

You’ve got a product with dozens of moving parts.
Each piece matters. Each connection has a purpose.

So, how do you show it?
✅Take the CAD files and gather the details for each layer.
✅Visually separate each part using an exploded animation.
✅Guide the viewer step by step through how everything connects or works.
✅Reassemble it to show the full system working together.

What you end up with:
✅ Instant understanding of how the product works and the value it holds
✅ Simplifying an otherwise complex design
✅ Conversations shift from “What is this?” to “How do we get it?”
✅ Teams feel confident presenting and explaining it

And you know what?
There’s a certain level of confidence that comes when you have a solid way to show your product.

If your product’s value is hidden in the layers…
It’s time to show it in animation.

Carbon capture is one thing…

Showing exactly what’s happening underground, in real time, is something entirely different.

Without clear, continuous data across the wellbore, carbon capture projects face delays, doubt, and regulatory pressure.

What better way to show what is going on underground than with an animation?

What we did:
✅Built a clear storyboard of every phase of CCS monitoring.
✅Showed real-time pressure and temperature tracking across the full system
✅Visualized fiber optic data to reveal what’s happening along the entire wellbore
✅Showed the entire process to make it easy to understand.

What our client received:
✅Full visibility—pressure, temperature, seismic, and flow in one view
✅What real-time monitoring looks like
✅Increased confidence in safety, compliance, and long-term storage integrity

If you have a project that depends on trust, compliance, and real-time data…
Animation can make that clear.

One miscommunication about your equipment…can cost you the entire deal.

Food processing equipment isn’t simple…
It’s layered, precise, and highly engineered.
But, without an explanation,
It just looks like a big piece of shiny equipment.

You can’t see the efficiency.
You can’t see the flow.
You can’t see what makes it better.

Maybe your company has explained products on calls…
Sent diagrams via email.
Shared details on a website page.
But that still falls short of capturing an audience’s attention.

So, how do you fix that?
✅Create a plan with what your audience needs to see to understand (not everything).
✅ Build a visual that shows the system in motion.
✅ Highlight the moments where the equipment’s expertise is.
✅ Make it easy to grasp in a couple of minutes with an animation.

Now, you’re not wondering if your audience “gets it.”

You have confidence that they not only understand…
But you know they are impressed with what they see.

Many of the companies we work with offer services that are hard to explain in a meeting.

Animation offers a solution with…
✅Precision
✅Clarity
✅Simplicity
✅A “WOW” factor

That’s what helps customers remember you.

What kind of animation could deliver a “WOW” factor for your company?

This can transform a boring tradeshow booth into a masterpiece...

Printed graphics.
Some diagrams.
A few conversations may be happening here and there.

But, turn that into an interactive system walkthrough?

Instead of explaining everything up front,
People can move through it themselves.

Tap into sections.
Watch specific processes.
Spend time where they actually care.

The biggest change won’t just be engagement…
It’s how long people will stay.

Giving people control tends to change how they interact with everything.

A lot of time goes into getting the sequences just right before an animation is finalized...

Storyboard, timing, camera placement, music…

Every little detail matters.
Every little detail can make the difference…
between a lackluster and an impressive end result.

What you see here on our page, is just a little snapshot of what we have on our YouTube page.
