✅ Duties: Investigate and solve user problems, maintain workstations, configure devices, install software, ensure network security, and train users.
🎓 Education: High School diploma or equivalent GED (Degree preferred).
💪 Experience: 3-5 years in IT field (Help desk experience a plus).
🌟 Skills: PC setup and maintenance, network security, problem-solving, communication, and willingness to learn new systems.
