Today we're going to highlight one of our customer favorites, our CARNE ASADA FRIES!

Our Carne Asada Fries are a delicious and hearty meal that originated in Southern California. With our restaurants, one of our goals is to bring west coast flavors to the east coast, and with our carne asada fries we are definitely doing so!

They start with a bed of crispy french fries, which are then topped with juicy and flavorful carne asada (marinated steak). Next comes a generous layer of shredded cheese that melts into the steak and fries. On top of the cheese we add our fresh and zesty pico de gallo which adds a burst of bright flavors and colors. After that, we squeeze a design of sour cream on with a dash of cilantro and onions. And to finish it off, we add our fresh and creamy guacamole right on top! 😋
