In Loving Memory, Three Years Later
Today marks the third year since we lost an incredible woman—my wife, a mother to our two sons, Michael Jason and Joshua B, a grandmother to Tyler and Courtney, and a great-grandmother to Zyia and Julia (Jew Jew). It’s hard to believe so much time has passed, and yet the weight of her absence still lingers with all of us, from coast to coast, touching friends and family alike.
To my sons, you lost more than a mother, you lost a guiding force who loved you fiercely and unconditionally. I know today brings its own kind of sorrow, but also, I hope, a sense of comfort in knowing how proud she always was of the men you've become.
To her cherished grandchildren, Tyler and Courtney—know that your grandmother’s love for you was boundless, and she carried each of you in her heart always. And to Zyia and Julia (Jew Jew), her sweet great-granddaughters, though you are young, you were the light of her later years, and I know she would have loved watching you grow, guiding you with the same warmth she shared with us all.
Even though we miss her deeply, let’s remember her not just with sadness, but with the love and kindness she left behind for us to carry on. Her spirit lives on through each of us, in the memories we hold close, and in the love, we share with one another.
Today, we honor you. We miss you every single day, but today, especially, we celebrate the beauty of your soul and the endless love you gave.
Forever in our hearts.
We are heartbroken without you Pumpkin
