Do you spend so much time judging yourself for where you’ve been that you forget to appreciate yourself for how far you’ve come?

There’s no room for guilt or shame on your weight loss journey.

Not when you’re actively trying.
Not when you’re learning.
Not when you’re rebuilding your relationship with eating, exercise and yourself.

There’s also no room for tearing yourself down when you look in the mirror.

Love what you see in the mirror.
Then learn to love who you see in the mirror.

Bumped my daily step goal to at least 7,500. There will be days I miss it but I do feel like this is an appropriate goal for where I am right now.

Today’s gym work was mixed cardio, focusing on having the best movement pattern that I possibly can, endurance and grip strength…it’s becoming a new favorite!!
