What I build for fun is what I build for real.

RaceIQ started as a nerdy personal project because I wanted to look beyond the finishing order of a Formula 1 race.

It analyzes real lap-by-lap timing data and turns it into evidence about pace, consistency, degradation, and closing speed.

For the 2021 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, Verstappen led average quick-lap pace. Hamilton was only 0.06 seconds behind. Perez was 0.22 seconds back.

That is the part I love: taking a mountain of raw information and building something that makes the story easier to see.

Businesses have the same problem. The data exists. The useful answer is usually buried inside disconnected systems, reports, spreadsheets, and processes.

RaceIQ is what I build for fun.

Turning complicated information into clear, usable systems is what I build for real.

I built Outcomes OS because I needed it.

Not because the world needed another productivity app. There are plenty of those.

I needed something because I kept having days where I was **crazy busy**...

and then I'd get to the end of the day and realize the thing I actually wanted to move forward never got touched.

Work happened.

Family happened.

Emails happened.

Problems showed up.

New ideas showed up.

People needed things.

And somewhere in all of that, the goal I said mattered got pushed to tomorrow.

Then tomorrow became next week.

I call that **drift**.

And the dangerous thing about drift is that it doesn't feel like failure.

You can be working incredibly hard while slowly moving away from the things you said were important to you.

That's why I built Outcomes OS.

I wanted a system that helped me decide what mattered **before the noise started**, know what I needed to accomplish today, and recognize when I was drifting so I could come back.

Because I don't need a system that assumes I'm never going to get distracted.

😂 That's definitely not happening.

I need one that helps me **come back when I do.**

And there's something deeper underneath all of this for me.

Every time you tell yourself you're going to do something and actually do it, you're building evidence.

**I follow through.**

**I finish things.**

**I can trust myself.**

Stack enough of those wins and things start changing.

That's what Outcomes OS is really about.

So here's the deal.

You can use the whole thing **free for 14 days.**

Give it two real weeks.

Let life happen.

Let the interruptions happen.

Actually use the system.

If you get to the end and think, “Bryan, this isn't for me.”

Cool. Cancel it. 😂

But if you start finishing things you've been pushing off...

If your weeks start feeling more intentional...

If you start seeing evidence that you're capable of exactly what you thought you were capable of...

**You're welcome. 😎**

**Choose the day before the day chooses you.**

A lot of productivity tools are just nicer-looking task lists. That’s useful, but it wasn’t enough for what I needed.

I needed a system that helped answer better questions:
What came in?
What did I choose to work on?
What actually happened today?
What needs to be reset before next week starts?

That’s the loop behind Outcomes OS:
Capture. Execute. Review. Reset.

The video shows how those pieces fit together inside the app.

It’s not about having a perfect week. Nobody has those.
It’s about having a reliable way back when the week gets messy.

Stop me if this is you: Too many things are competing for the same time and attention.

Once the day starts, it is easy to become reactive. Messages come in, small problems surface, somebody needs an answer, and the work we intended to finish gets pushed aside.

That is why I use a Top 3. Every Day. Zero exceptions.

They are not the only three things I will accomplish. They are the three specific outcomes I have decided to protect.

“Finish and send the proposal” is clear.

“Work on the business” is not.

“Call the three people waiting on a decision” is clear.

“Catch up” is not.

Everything cannot be equally important today. Choosing your Top 3 gives the day direction before the noise takes over.

What three outcomes would make today count?

This is the first founder video for Outcomes OS, and honestly, this one means a lot to me.

Outcomes OS came from years of trying to solve a problem I kept seeing in myself and in others.

We are good at setting goals.
We are good at starting strong.
But then life gets noisy, busy, and distracting.

The issue usually isn’t that we don’t know what to do. The issue is staying guided long enough to actually do it.

That’s why I built Outcomes OS.

It is a personal operating system to help you stay on track every day, build discipline, gain confidence, and keep aligning your life with the goals God has placed in front of you.

You can try it free for two weeks, and after that it’s only $8/month.

Let’s go get it 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Drift rarely feels dramatic. It is slow. It is sneaky! Most of the time it feels completely reasonable.

It looks REALLY normal while it is happening.

You get busy. You handle what is urgent. You say you will get back to prayer, health, family, calling, or the hard thing God keeps bringing up when the week settles down.

Then another week passes.

I built Outcomes OS because I needed a practical way to see that gap before it turned into another month. Also because I am obsessed with planning systems :)

We clear a few small things before starting the important one. A fire pops up. The day gets away from us. We promise ourselves tomorrow will be different.
What did I say mattered?

The danger is repeating that pattern for weeks without seeing it clearly.
Did it move?

Outcomes OS helps you compare what you said mattered with what actually moved, then make an adjustment before another week disappears.
If not, what kept getting the first word?

That kind of review has helped me stay honest in every area of life, not just work.

Where does drift usually start for you?

I didn’t build Outcomes OS because I had discipline figured out.
I built it because I didn’t.

A few years ago, God completely changed my life.
But rebuilding your life doesn’t happen in just one big moment.
You still have to wake up the next day and make a different choice.
Then do it again. Times a million 👊👊

I needed help keeping the things that mattered in front of me. I needed to see when I was making progress, when I was drifting, and what I needed to do next.

I tried lists, planners, apps, and about every other system you can think of. Some helped for a while.
None of them worked the way my brain needed them to work.

So I built my own.

It’s called Outcomes OS.

This app didn’t transform my life. God did that.

Outcomes OS helps me live out that transformation when Monday morning shows up and life gets noisy again.

It helps me decide what matters now, follow through on it, and be honest when I don’t.
I’ve worked on this thing for a long time.
Probably longer than I should have. 😂

But it’s finally ready.
Outcomes OS is live.
You can try it free for 14 days.
No credit card. No surprise charge at the end.

If you’re trying to rebuild something in your life, I’d love for you to check it out.

Ever notice how some days feel completely draining, even when no major fires occurred? It’s not a mystery. Your brain acts like an operating system, and right now, it’s likely overloaded with background processes.

Lingering resentment, mental tabs left open for weeks, and micro-anxieties eat up your cognitive memory all day long. Sleep doesn't fix a system that wakes up and immediately reloads the exact same heavy tasks.

Real clarity doesn’t come from grinding harder; it comes from shutting things down! Stripping away unnecessary things.

As an IT guy, I am obsessively passionate about creating repeatable, stable systems that work under pressure. If you want a better output, you have to clean up the environment first.

Kill one background app today. Protect your uptime.

I've watched a lot of businesses add tool after tool, hoping things would finally feel organized.

A new CRM.
A new project management platform.
A new reporting dashboard.
A new automation tool.

For a few weeks, everyone feels optimistic. Then, the exact same problems show back up.

Missed follow-ups. Dropped handoffs. Unclear ownership. Total lack of visibility.

The reality is that software rarely fixes a process that nobody actually owns. Good systems start with absolute clarity, not a subscription setup.

Before you log in, you need to know:

Who owns the next action?

What happens after that?

How does everyone know where things stand?

Once those answers are clear, software becomes incredibly powerful. Without them, it just becomes another layer of noise.

What tool has your business added that didn't solve the problem you hoped it would?

If you're tired of patching process gaps with tech debt, it's time to fix the foundation. Build a clean ex*****on system where ownership is clear and work actually flows.
