We are having an issue with our servers that is affecting the ability to add photos and save entries. We are working on resolving this. We do not currently have a work around for adding photos, but an entry will save if you actually choose save (it will get stuck on saving) and then either refresh your timeline, or click on journals and then go back to timeline. When you get back to your timeline, the entry should be there. We do recommend copying and pasting into a different doc until you are sure it has saved, but we have tested this work around and it has worked for us. We apologize for this inconvenience and we are working as quickly as possible to solve it.
