TLDR: We are hosting a webinar this Thursday to show you how to effectively process sermon transcripts to create powerful summaries.

My company, Mission Lab, recently worked with the Gospel in Life team to make Tim Keller's sermons more searchable, SEO-friendly, and useful to other pastors.

Manually processing each sermon's transcript to create summaries and outlines was not practical, so we recommended building a custom AI tool for the job.

It quickly became clear that the number of instructions required for this process was confusing AI. So we built a multi-phased approach to process the content, ensuring that important religious concepts were maintained, while maintaining accessibility for varying education levels. (This took quite a bit of trial and error.)

We put together a tool that could bulk process the transcripts and brought in a number of outside resources to vet the AI generated text for any issues.

After each round of review, we adjusted the process with additional modifications and the end result is a solid process with a very high success rate at effectively summarizing sermon transcripts.
