Wow—what a weekend! Our third annual DelCon was an incredible success, and we couldn’t have done it without all of you.

From the three simultaneous RPGs running all weekend long to a parish hall packed with board gamers, the energy and excitement were off the charts. Every single Fallout Ben statue found a home with our M.A.I.N. characters, and we raised around $400 for Extra Life—gaming for a great cause!

A huge thank you to everyone who made this event possible:

🛍️ Vendors who gave us the chance to discover new treasures.
🏛️ Incarnation Holy Sacrament Episcopal Church for sponsoring and supporting our growing gaming community.

Delcon starts tomorrow!

In addition to all the awesome games we have, we've got a pair of amazing vendors!

Lauren, from Stitches of Future Past, will be at Delcon on Saturday. If you've come to one of our events in the past, you know that Lauren makes amazing hand knit gaming accessories. Hey gamers! We have a final round of announcements coming later, but we wanted to send an update to everyone regarding the weather.

Right now, the Philadelphia area is in the "less than one inch" snow region. It looks like we'll get a little bit of snow Saturday afternoon, but it will turn to rain and the temperatures look like they'll be above freezing until well after midnight. Sunday looks like it will be rainy but with unseasonably warm weather.

All that leads us to believe that there shouldn't be much, if any, snow accumulation and the roads should be safe during the hours people will be driving to and from the church.

With all that in mind, we are planning to go forward with Delcon this weekend. We'll keep a close eye on the weather over the next 24 hours and make any necessary decisions based on any new information.

We understand that despite all that, some people may not feel comfortable coming out based on the weather report. If that is the case, we are happy to offer refunds to anyone who doesn't want to make the drive.

If you do want a refund, please reach to [email protected]. Just provide us with the name you registered under and how many passes you purchased and we will get you a refund issued.

Dave, our Extra Life hero, has been hard at work all year getting some really amazing donations from game companies.
