🌐 Vallejo Connectivity 101

Q: Why is the City taking on this big broadband project?

A: Expanding the City's broadband capability will help our community in various meaningful ways.

Additional broadband infrastructure in the City will (1) increase access to Vallejo residents and close the digital divide that exists in our underserved communities (2) serve as an economic development and vitality driver to attract businesses in the city (3) promote broadband and highspeed internet for future development for Mare Island and (4) provide Vallejo residents multiple options for broadband besides in addition to major carriers like Comcast and AT&T.
