Are you wondering how to block ads on YouTube?

Well, this is actually very simple. All you need to do is download an adblocker extension on your browser that also blocks YouTube ads. My personal favorite is Adblock Ultimate. It is available on both the Chrome and Firefox webstores, and it is completely free. When you download it, they will ask for a donation, but that is completely optional. Using this extension will vastly improve your browsing experience, making sites much cleaner and easier to use. And if you have slow internet, this also helps websites to load faster!

The benefits of enabling a private DNS on your phone.

Are you tired of ads on your phone?

There is actually an incredibly easy way to block most ads (and improve internet security) on your phone for free!

The way to do it is by enabling a private dns.

Now, essentially, what this will do is run all of your internet activity through a filter before sending it to you, which will take out things like trackers and ads. If you want to read more about DNS (Domain Name Sustem), you can read this,

Now, the steps for enabling a private dns depend on whether your phone is an Android phone or an Apple phone.

On an Android phone, the steps are,

1. Open the Settings app.

2. Tap Network & security > Advanced > Private DNS.

3. Select Private DNS provider hostname.

4. Type in “dns.adguard.com” as the hostname of the DNS provider, then tap Save.
Optionally, you can download the adguard app from the google playstore instead. However, I prefer the above way.

IPhone users don't have the option to enable a private dns this simply. So the easiest way for iPhone users to block ads and improve internet security is to download adgaurd from the Apple app store and enable it.

Are some parts of websites randomly missing or don't work?

Let's say you are checking out at a small business website, and the payment button doesn't work or isn't even there! This is a common problem for people who have adblockers.

Adblockers will often interfere with poorly made or old websites, so if you use an adblocker and a site isn't working one of the first things you can try is disabling your adblocker on that site, this will often fix your problem.

The number one thing you can do if anything on any device or program isn't working is to RESTART THAT DEVICE OR PROGRAM!

This will fix about 80 percent of common bugs!
It's a simple step you can take before asking for help that will likely fix your issue if it's a simple bug.
