All over Northwest Indiana, crews have been working incredibly hard in this heat to clean up what last week’s storm left behind.

Our Crown Point leader Liv, along with Jaden and the team, saw the Townsend crews out working and made sure their drinks were on FLUID. ☕️🖤

We know so many people and businesses throughout our community have been taking care of these crews in different ways. We love seeing it.

A drink is nowhere near enough for what they’re doing, but it’s one small way to say:

First, I hope everyone out there is doing okay and that things are getting a little better where you are. We know some of our neighbors are still without power and dealing with the aftermath!!!

DT Valpo + Michigan City are OPEN today! Business as usual. 🫶☕️

Yesterday was a wild one across NWI. Our team navigated power outages, storms, flooding, sheltering customers and a whole lot of uncertainty. We’re incredibly proud of them. 🖤

We know many of you are waking up without power, cleaning up damage or just trying to get back to normal. If you need coffee, a place to sit, or some familiar faces, come see us. 🫶

We’re expecting a busy day, so bring a little extra kindness with you. Our baristas went through the storm too. 💕

🚨 FLUID STORM UPDATE 🚨

If you really want FLUID COFFEE tomorrow, Michigan City is the place to get it. ☕️ Our Michigan City cafe will be OPEN normal hours.

Due to widespread power outages, all other FLUID cafes will be closed tomorrow, including Crown Point, Dunes, Valpo South, Downtown Valpo on Lincolnway, Chesterton, and Ivy Tech.

We are incredibly proud of our team tonight. They handled power outages, severe weather, and sheltering customers with calm and care. At some locations, customers and crew sheltered together, even heading into basements when necessary.

Northwest Indiana got hit hard today. We’re in this together. 🖤

We hope you find great coffee tomorrow morning somehow, some way. And if you’re anywhere near Michigan City, we’ve got you.

We’ll keep everyone posted as power returns and our cafes come back online.
