The lightning activity from last night’s storm has caused an outage at our Bearsden tower, located approximately 9 miles west of Vici. Our team is currently investigating the issue and working toward restoration of service.

The temporary tower is back online, and many customers have service restored. However, not everyone is back up yet, and those who are connected may experience slower speeds or intermittent issues while we continue repairs.

Update on east vici tower collapse. We have a tower on the way from Dallas. Should be here around noon. Hopefully by 5 or 6 this afternoon we should be back up and running.
