Angel is a Computing and Information Technologies student at RIT with a passion for network engineering and systems administration. When asked what he’s most excited about, Angel shared that he’s looking forward to joining such a welcoming team and gaining valuable experience in a professional work environment.

🎉 Congratulations to our Employee of the Month, Alana Carr!

Alana has been an Account Executive on our Managed Services team for two years. One of the things she enjoys most about her job is that she has the autonomy to determine how she can best support prospective customers and meet them where they are.

“Everyone on my team is truly a team player. Sales can be competitive, but we all have each other’s best interests at heart. We’re always willing to share new approaches, ideas, and things that have been working for us personally so the whole team can benefit and hopefully share in those same successes.”

Outside of work, Alana enjoys cooking and baking for family and friends, going to the gym, cycling, and playing pickleball. She’s always up for an adventure and loves staying active. She recently bought a home with her fiancé, and has found a new love for seeking out vintage pieces and taking on DIY projects!

When asked what advice she would give someone starting in her role, Alana shared:
“Be committed to being a lifelong learner. Continue finding new ways to do things, take what you learn, and use it to develop your own unique approach. Figure out what works best for you and use that to find your own path to success.”
