Student Store Day at Lespri Ministries Free School. One of the fun things that Marcia and I do is send pieces of hope disguised as shoes, shirts, small kites, toothbrushes, and other things for the Lespri Student Store. Today (my birthday) is the first day this school year that student store has operated. The students are very excited, and we are so glad to be able to contribute to this.

It was supposed to be a surprise, and in a way, it still was! Elaine planned to fly home and surprise Marcia for her 70th birthday. However, the surprise took a different turn. Marcia discovered that airplane tickets had been purchased for a flight within Haiti from Les Cayes to Cap Haitien.
Life has a funny way of keeping us on our toes!
We have enjoyed a wonderful week with our daughter home.

This is one of our labors of love. We are doing a Box Run to Florida. We will share lots of goodies and some really practical stuff.
