This past Friday, we brought the crawfish boil straight to EDI! 😄🦞🍔

We fired-up the grill outside, rolled out the crawfish boiler, opened up the bay doors & spent the afternoon enjoying crawfish, burgers, hotdogs and great company together. HUGE shoutout to Reed Vaden & Chrissy Landreneau for cooking an amazing meal for the team!👏

Moments like these are a great reminder that company culture is about more than just the work. It’s about the people. 💙

What an incredible way to wrap up our ForKids fundraiser! 💙

Our team had the opportunity to attend the ForKids fundraising celebration, spend time with the amazing ForKids team, connect with their CEO Thaler McCormick & be recognized for EDI’s fundraising efforts and donations throughout the campaign 👏

From candygrams and PTO raffles to pizza days, bake sales, silent auctions & supply drives... it was amazing seeing everyone come together to support such an important cause.

We’re incredibly proud to support ForKids, inc. and their mission to provide local families with shelter, stability, and hope 💙

Last Saturday, the EDI team spent the day together at Busch Gardens Williamsburg for our annual Family Fun Day!!! 🎢☀️ Between the rides, delicious food, perfect weather, and quality time with family, friends, and coworkers, it was such a fun day filled with great memories. 🩵

This past week, the EDI team came together to support ForKids and help local families experiencing homelessness & housing insecurity. From homemade baked goods, silent auction items, and candygrams to donations of household & personal care essentials... the amount of support, generosity & participation from our team was incredible! 💙

Not only did we meet our original fundraising goal… we EXCEEDED it!!! 🙌

A HUGE thank you to everyone who donated, volunteered, participated, brought in supplies, purchased food, entered raffles & sent candygrams to help make this fundraiser such a success.

We’re sooooo proud to support ForKids and their mission to provide shelter, stability & resources for families in our community. 🫶

A little wind & chilly weather wasn’t going to stop this crew! ⛳💙

Earlier this week, members of the EDI team participated in the 16th Annual Golf Classic at Princess Anne Country Club in support of Chesapeake Bay Academy.

We were proud to sponsor this year’s tournament & spend the day supporting such a meaningful organization alongside other local businesses and community members.

Despite the weather trying its best to humble everyone, there were still plenty of laughs, good conversations and just enough decent shots to keep morale alive. 😂

Earlier this week, our managers headed to Massanutten, VA for EDI’s 2026 Leadership Retreat 💙

With leadership sessions, hiking, team-building activities and whitewater rafting (talk about trust exercises! 😱), the retreat gave everyone a chance to step away from the usual day-to-day chaos and reconnect as a team.

Special guest & motivational speaker Ari Gunzburg, led sessions centered around purpose, growth through adversity and leading with clarity. His storytelling, perspective & energy brought a really meaningful dynamic to the retreat experience. We’re so glad he could join us! 🫶

And somehow… despite all of the managers being gone for several days… the office was still standing when everyone got back! 😂 That’s how you know you’ve built a solid team. 💪
