Our main fiber supplier is completely offline this morning due to last nights storm. Poles and lines affected on a big scale. All our equipment is working properly however we have no back end data as of early morning!
All customers will be notified when outage is resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused today for work and other activities related to the internet service. Stay safe and God Bless!

Our broadband provider has underwent some maintenance on our network at this time to further improve and update our system! Various outages may occur during this time network wide.

Power lines damaged in the lagro town ship area due to construction. Surrounding customers will be affected. Some parts of Urbana and spikerville as well as south of lagro near old 15. A generator deployment is underway at this time until resolved!

Mass power outages today with Duke energy and heartland remc! Several locations undergoing maintenance. Wind has caused several outages on power poles. Stay safe!

Updating some software within our network this early afternoon, most services will be affected while we do so! There has been reports of several sporadic speeds within specific areas. These are the areas we are aiming to work with today.

Outage reports identified today in Urbana and Roann areas. Issue has been found and pur tech is working diligently to restore proper speeds and service. Sporadic outages will be consistent until repair is finished. Sorry for the issues and happy holidays!

Network wide outage in effect as of 10:00 this morning. Appears to be on the side of our fiber broadband provider. We do apologize and are working as fast as possible to resolve the issue this Wednesday afternoon.
Almost all services are being affected by this.
