It's official...we will be hosting Global Cyberlympics 2016!
Here's a few changes:
-- 1 single elimination round
-- 12 - hour block of time
-- All regions will compete at the same time
-- No "practice rounds"

Alternate Date:
This is ONLY going to be in effect for a catastrophic failure that is not fixable within a predetermined amount of time.
