We provide local unlimited broadband Internet service to most of Lawrence County, as well as areas in Greene, Randolph and Craighead counties. We also have dedicated second generation wireless networks running in Alicia, Clover Bend (NEW!), College City, Egypt, Minturn, Portia, O'kean and Sedgwick. Each of these locations can reach 4-6 miles from the town. Our service starts at $30 monthly, with a

one-time installation fee of $100. You do not have to sign a contract with our service, because we do not have one to give you! Also, our service has been and will remain totally UNLIMITED DATA (this is getting hard to find in broadband Internet services). Service alert - our entire network is down as of midnight. We are in the process of getting answers from our upstream provider as to why it is down and when it will be fixed. We will post here with any new information we receive.

Service alert - we are having some issues at our Hoxie tower today. Some service there has been out for a bit, we are working to get it back to running on a backup. Please note that service there will be somewhat slower since it is going to be running on a backup system until we can get the repair started and completed (waiting on the wind to die down for safety). Service alert - we are again experiencing an outage with our upstream provider. This is affecting our service in all locations. We have already opened a ticket with them to start the restoration process. We will post any new info here as we receive it.

Update: electric company outage line operator decided it must be on our end and cleared the outage (even though it was DEF on their end and their fix just a week or so ago) and told us to fix it (yes, ma'am, we've tried). We contacted another electrician who quickly responded and thinks it's the electric company's problem (we agree), but he's coming by tomorrow to check it out!! That's what we can do until he can come out. Just from our description, he thinks he knows the problem and is going to put eyes on it during daylight tomorrow. Thank you again for your patience!

Egypt is having an outage that is apparently yet again power related. We've reported the outage with the electric company, contacted an electrician and now waiting for either to respond. We have done everything on our end with replacing the outlet and breaker, and feel it's electrical still further up the line, which is outside our area of expertise. We appreciate your patience until we can get either company to respond and help us out. Thank you! ~Alan
