Westweb We are a family-owned LOCAL high-speed wireless Internet service. Text us at 501-485-4860! Our main service tower in Hoxie can service a fifteen mile radius.

We provide local unlimited broadband Internet service to most of Lawrence County, as well as areas in Greene, Randolph and Craighead counties. We also have dedicated second generation wireless networks running in Alicia, Clover Bend (NEW!), College City, Egypt, Minturn, Portia, O'kean and Sedgwick. Each of these locations can reach 4-6 miles from the town. Our service starts at $30 monthly, with a

one-time installation fee of $100. You do not have to sign a contract with our service, because we do not have one to give you! Also, our service has been and will remain totally UNLIMITED DATA (this is getting hard to find in broadband Internet services). We do most installs in the morning, so the best time to reach us actually in office face to face is from 1pm to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Please support our locally owned and operated business!

Service alert- yes, Westweb is experiencing an outage caused by our upstream provider. Apparently this is a large outage affecting not just our network. We will post any updates we receive here.

Service alert - we are experiencing a power outage at the water tank in College City where our equipment is located. Entergy says restoration time is approximately 1AM. Just letting everyone know there if your service with us is not working this is the reason.

ETA: Scratch that... it appears fixed already! Please let us know by texting our tech support number 501-485-4860 if you still don't have a connection and we will help you troubleshoot your end. Thank you!

ETA: After speaking with Entergy, it appears the main breaker of our shop building has blown. We will get a new one, exchange it, and see if that is indeed the issue.

6am Sunday morning: After the storms just rolled through, there's a possible outage, so Alan is checking on it now. We will update here when we know more. Thank you!

Service alert - our entire network is down as of midnight. We are in the process of getting answers from our upstream provider as to why it is down and when it will be fixed. We will post here with any new information we receive.

Service alert - our hoxie tower lost power when the leading edge of the storm came through tonight, as did most of south hoxie. Entergy reports 9:30pm restoration right now.
