As a Support Specialist you will document and monitor service requests, obtain detailed information, provide break/fix solutions and work with our clients providing technical trouble shooting and support by phone, email, on-line or in person. The ideal candidate should have experience in the technical areas listed below. Windows 7/8/10; Office 365; Windows Servers and Microsoft Office 365: Viper Business; Cisco ASA Firewall; SonicWALL NSA-Series Firewalls; and online back-up solutions.
