We’re looking for a professional Call Center Agent to work closely with other team members ensuring outstanding services to our customers. The agents should be able to answer questions, handle complaints and generate more leads. Moreover, the candidate will be handling outbound calls and digital marketing campaigns (mostly SEO).
Responsibilities:
Answering and dialing phone calls.
Provides complete and proper information to customers regarding products or services we offered.
Obtain and update data about call reports and sales details necessarily.
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information and provide the solution accordingly.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1-year experience in a telemarketing sales call center.
Education: minimum Metric but excellent English fluency required.
Efficient phone and verbal communication skills as well as active listening.
Strong skills to gain customer focus and pursue them to purchase from you.
Should be able to work night shift call center jobs in Lahore.
Capable of multi-tasking, setting priorities, and manage time effectively.
Shift Working timings:
Night Shift (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM)
