When you're really good at something, you'll tend to give way more value than you feel you're giving.
Value goes two ways, and it's possible that the person/audience you're talking to may have needed that information on that specific day, in that specific way, at that specific time. How, when, and why they receive that value from you is none of your business, and not your decision.
Imposter Syndrome is real, but it is not insurmountable.
