We are asked all the time about our opinion on CRMs and solar-specific tech stacks. We wrote a structured answer to the question "Which is the best solar CRM?"

Instead of giving an un-bias generic answer, we realized we have used so many of the tools ourselves to grow our solar company and have worked and coded on some of the larger CRMs like SalesForce, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, and small CRMs like Hubspot, SolarNexus and so many others. We have formed an opinion because we have first-hand experience with many of these tools.

Open Letter to solar distributors and manufacturers:
Payment terms are very important to solar installers. Joe Marhamati wrote an Open Letter to solar distributors and manufacturers to make the case to extend terms where possible, but he first explains the issue from a solar installer's point of view and why a simple answer like "just use your LOC" doesn't work.
