The designs are very attractive, but please permit me to express my views as an alumnus only.
I am sincerely concerned about the rapid and frequent changes we have had in designing and redesigning the school crest and related colours.
The school colours have been green and red. But it was and should be predominantly forest green with red piping.
But it seems that we may end up having them in equal proportion or even getting the red dominating. That will significantly alter the original design, thereby making it difficult for some of us to easily identify our alma mater
Maybe we should take a cue from our sister institution, Government Secondary School, Bo. Their colour pattern has significantly remained the same for all the years of its existence.
May I respectfully ask that the respective KOSA chapters/branches endeavour to work with the Board of Governors and the proprietors to stick to our original colour design.
Please note that the above are essentially my personal observations and views as an alumnus.
