As you may already be aware, SAE IT Services terminated operations on 12/31/2022. The decision was not an easy one, but it was the best decision for you as the customer. We are hiring for a IT Specialist. The candidate should be familiar installing and troubleshooting windows, setting up printers, wireless networks and troubleshooting networking issues. A good understanding of antivirus and network security are a definite plus. The position will become permanent after the probationary period and a successful review. The job requires a valid drivers license, reliable transportation and a pre employment drug screening.

Attention!!

We have discovered a bad update from Microsoft that will cause a blue screen issues when printing specifically so far affecting kyocera printer drivers. Please pause any windows updates temporarily until they get this resolved.

Security Tip - 2 Factor Authentication

We keep seeing lots of people saying they got hacked or reporting to someone they got hacked.

We recommend 2 factor authentication be setup for all websites, accounts or any software that supports it. There are free Authenticator apps and most will use text to send a code as well. This will also help alert you if you need a password change. If you get a lot of requests for authentication then someone likely has your password or is attempting to reset it.

The new ransomware viruses are spreading, they come with email attachments and through firewall issues. If you want an assessment of your current network, antivirus or firewall call and schedule a 49.95 initial consultation. We recommend good antivirus and a proactive backup solution to protect yourself. We can analyze your computers and network and make the recommendations to help protect you, but no protection is fool proof, ample training, education and care are needed to full protection.

We are looking to hire a Computer/Network Technician. The position is Part-time with full-time potential for the right person. The Pay will be based on experience, must be highly self-motivated, willing to learn, must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. The person must have good communication and customer service skills and be well groomed. I would prefer 2 years or more of previous networking and pc repair experience, but I am willing to train the right person that has some experience and aptitude.
