What’s on my desk? A little peek into the organized chaos that keeps Off-Center Design running!

- Coffee. The fuel behind every creative strategy.
- My digital notebook. If we talked about it, I probably wrote it down.
- A color wheel for those moments when my brain needs a little help finding the perfect complementary color.
- An unreasonable number of colored pens. The color choice depends entirely on the mood of the day.
- Four screens. One simply isn’t enough. Apparently neither are two or three.
- The sweetest note from a 6-year-old, sitting right where I can see it and remember my “why” every day.
- And then there’s Leonardo and a baby duck. They’re part of a completely made-up game my family plays, and it’s currently my turn.

That one needs its own explanation…. Leonardo + Baby Duck origin story coming soon.😂

Contact us as soon as possible if you’re not sure if your PHP has been updated.

Two critical vulnerabilities have been identified in PHP, a widely used programming language that powers websites and web applications. These vulnerabilities (CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619) could allow malicious cyber actors to remotely execute code in PHP core, potentially compromising sensitive data and networks.

The FBI urges organizations to take the following steps now:

➡️ If an immediate update is not feasible it is recommended that organizations take the system offline until it can be fully mitigated.

➡️ Immediately update affected PHP installations following the guidance on php.net. Inventory where PHP runs in your environment, prioritizing internet-facing systems and vendor products that bundle PHP.

➡️ Monitor web servers for suspicious activity, including PHP processes unexpectedly launching command shells or downloading files. Ensure appropriate process-monitoring capabilities are in place to help identify potential exploitation.

➡️ If you find signs of compromise, isolate affected systems, preserve your web server and PHP logs, and report it to your local FBI field office or www.ic3.gov. Those reports help us identify the actors involved and warn other organizations before they become victims.

There’s a whole lot of trial and error that goes into running a business, and if there’s one thing we’ve learned, it’s that you’re probably going to get a few things wrong along the way. And that’s okay.

Try the thing. Take the risk. Put yourself out there. You can’t figure out what works if you never give it a shot.

And while we’re on the topic of putting ourselves out there… can we take a moment for our new business cards?! 😍

We are, in fact, not from Texas. 😂 But we heard this song was popular, and after spending the day on-site for a client product + branding session with horses and some seriously beautiful custom leather tack…it just felt right. Catch the OCD team buying cowboy boots and hats now!

Big shoutout to Matt Wilson for working his magic behind the camera and letting us tag along for the fun. We love getting out from behind our computers and helping bring a client’s brand to life in the real world.
