Today, we had the honor of serving as co-award sponsors alongside Dupaco Community Credit Union for this year’s MercyOne “Heroes Among Us” event.

This year was especially meaningful for our team, as Loretta, the daughter of our colleague Ross Horbach, was recognized as the Youth Award recipient. Loretta earned this honor for her quick and decisive response to a fire that broke out at a neighboring home.

Introducing our brand-new Referral Program! You can earn free internet credits just for referring new customers that activate service. It’s easy, and the best part? There’s NO limit as to how many people you can refer!

How it works:
- You, as the referring customer, must have an active account with current Waterloo Fiber service.
- You’ll tell your friend, family member, coworker, etc. to sign up for Waterloo Fiber service. Make sure they have your first and last name or address to give to our customer support team.
- Once the referred customer gets installed and service is activated, you’ll receive a free internet credit for the next billing cycle on your account!
