2021 was wild! Parker went to this business conference that adults usually go to. There he networked, got to meet Grant back stage and then he was raising his hand and that’s when Grant Cardone brought him on stage. Parker then asked him for advice where he told him that he needed to leverage his age, have a goal, and asked him how he was gonna achieve that goal. Parker had told him how he’d been learning to repair phones, and that’s where he had him go to the audience and say “give me 100 bucks and I’ll fix your phone.” There he crowdfunded $1800 and then Grant told him if he’d show him the money at the end of the year, he would double it. Parker knowing Grant was a real estate investor, then gave that money right back to Grant Cardone on stage. That video then went viral on Grant’s social and well the rest is history! Amazing how the time has flown!
