Bad news first...Waukegan lost another close one. 37-31. Good news.. the four freshmen that were slated to be reserves...

Bad news first...Waukegan lost another close one. 37-31. Good news.. the four freshmen that were slated to be reserves ended up playing better than expected and gained valuable experience that will enhance the club's growth. Ivan ended up with 5 wins 1draw and 1loss and was awarded a medal.

Waukegan 54 Morton 14 waiting for round 7 pairings to be posted. Game 7 will be Julio's and Ivan's last State Finals game as they are seniors. Ivan will have played board 1 for Waukegan at State for his 4th consecutive year. 28 games at State Finals at board1. Outstanding!!!!
