Eat to live ...Not to die
Avoid processed, junk, and false foods no matter how delicious and healthy the packaging tells you they are. This also goes for fruits and vegetables poisoned with pesticides, picked long before ready, sometimes even coloured, and then displayed beautifully for purchase. Choose foods that more closely align with your energy and trust your intuition as you shop. The sky is not going to fall down if you eat something of a lower resonance, but you will feel better and your energy will be supported when you choose higher resonating foods.

After taking GOLD in the men's 4x100m, the women's quartet of Tamari Davis, TeeTee Terry, Gabby Thomas and Sha'carri Richardson stormed to another win in a World Lead of 41.03s.
They beat Jamaica 🇯🇲 to the win as they managed second in a very fast 41.21s while 3rd place went to Great Britain 🇬🇧 in 41.97s.

There was a botched exchange for Ivory Coast 🇨🇮 and the team Did Not Finish (DNF).

Today is bitter sweet. My prep cook Kyle is leaving us after three years. While I'm happy that he is pursuing a new opportunity we are sad that he will no longer be here with us. This place will always be your home because you will always be family. Give em hell Kyle!

The NCTT appreciates the opportunity to be Principal For The Day 2022 at Waukegan Public School Washington Campus High School. Founder & Executive Director William Coleman was able to sit with Principal Hill to learn more about the upcoming Outward Mindset training & principal advisory boards, sit with the counseling staff to learn more about Senior Audit processes and connect with students to learn 5 ways to improve their Senior Year experience. We appreciate the opportunity to engage with staff and listen to their perspectives on student academics, social emotional learning and post secondary care. We REALLY appreciate the gifts and the personalized engraved piece. Thank you to our teachers and staff who continue to support our youth every day!
