"I must say, that Josh and Ian are among the more creative PC experts that I've run across during my many years of dealing with PC's, and their nagging problems. I recently encountered an issue that suddenly created all sorts of havoc with my e-mails. It became very frustrating for me. i had two other PC "experts" dig into my problem with zero results. Then, I approached Josh, who was new to me at the time, and he dug into the issue in a very thorough manner. As a graduate engineer myself, I'm familiar with "methods" of effective problem solving. I was impressed with their process. It resulted in solving the issue and I've not had that problem since. They're my "go to" guys to resolve PC issues that might arise for me.
