Hello. There seems to be confusion about what the "end of Windows 10" means. No, your computer will not suddenly stop working. Yes, you will no longer receive updates (unless you enroll in extended updates for a year, but that's another story). No, you don't need to get a third-party antivirus (Windows defender will receive updates until Oct. 2028). And before you panic, check to see if your computer already has Windows 11.

Both have Windows 10 Home.

TIME IS RUNNING OUT!!
If you have a computer that is still running Windows 7, 8, or 8.1, these operating systems are no longer supported by Microsoft. This means no updates and no security fixes. Maybe you missed (or avoided) the free upgrade when Windows 10 came out, BUT these systems can still be upgraded! Even though Windows 10 will be retired in about 2 years, we can update you to a supported environment now without getting a new machine. If your hardware is solid then this is likely a good option. Stop in for an evaluation.
