A client called us because their laptop had been running painfully slow for months. Every time they opened a browser, pop-up ads appeared, the fan ran constantly, and simple tasks took forever.

We found several pieces of malware, a browser extension hijacking their searches, and dozens of startup programs they never installed running silently in the background.

We removed all the junk and malware, ran a full scan, cleaned up the startup programs, cleared out years of junk files, and updated their security settings. The laptop ran like new.
