IMPORTANT SECURITY ALERT — PLEASE READ & SHARE - IMPERSONATORS are frauding Web Design / IT companies AND their clients. Please be aware!
Your security matters to me, and I want to help protect you and your business from a growing email scam.
Cybercriminals are impersonating Nex Graphics and other web design and IT companies, sending convincing emails to unsuspecting business owners. They're using real names, our photographs, and company information to gain your trust, then creating urgency with fake website security warnings and demands for payment.
Unfortunately, some of my own clients have already fallen victim to this scam. Please note - this is NOT HACKING. This is IMPERSONATING. Sadly I have reported it to all the proper authorities, with proof, and NOTHING has been done to locate them, all we know is they run out of Bangladesh.
I have put together a detailed visual guide with REAL examples of these fraudulent emails, showing exactly what to look for and how to recognize the warning signs.
Whether you're a Nex Graphics client or not, please take a few minutes to educate yourself. It could save you from becoming a victim to anyone else as well.
