We have crews heading to the trouble area that is affecting customers in the Alton ,Many Springs and surrounding area. We will get you guys back up and going as soon as we can. Thank you for your patience

Current Customers: There will be a planned outage on Tuesday, August 11 for County Road 8800 and Highway 17 north and east, and County Road 8290 and Highway 17 north and east. Other locations could be included in this outage, but we are unsure as of this time. We will be updating our systems to offer better service to our valued customers. Thank You!

We have had a bit of a service disruption this afternoon, and are looking for a resolution. Please power cycle your routers if possible, this should get everyone working properly.

Update

230p All wireless is back online. We are working on an outage in the city of Alton currently.

1030am We have most of everyone back online. We are getting the rest of the equipment made up to get everyone back online.

We have an outage at our Thayer tower we have a technician heading to the tower site now to see what is going on and we will update as soon as we have some more information. Thank you for your patience.

12:40p Everything is repaired and everyone is back online. If you are still having issues please call us at 417-778-4178 let us know you are still having issues.

We are working on a emergery fiber repiar in the Alton area. We will get everyone back up and going as soon as we can and we will update when we are complete with the repair.
