We would like to clarify UPS at our store. Sims is a UPS Drop Off/Shipping location we are not an actual UPS Store. We would like to remind everyone dropping off UPS returns that we do not accept QR Codes. All return packages need to be packaged and have a preprinted shipping label attached. QR Codes are only accepted at UPS Stores.

If you need to ship a package, we are able to do that for you, however we only accept cash or check and all packages need to be packaged and ready.

Please feel free to contact our store 563-422-5751 with any questions. The only way for us to accept QR codes is for customers to call UPS directly and request the change. Hopefully over time this will change. Thank you for your help and understanding.
