New Joiner Welcome!

We are excited to welcome Christina (Brown) Pacella to the Connectbase Team as a Customer Success Manager.

Tina brings with her a wealth of experience, spanning 20+ years within the customer success and telecommunications industry, and most recently with Windstream.

As part of the CSM team, Tina will be assigned a broad portfolio of clients and will proactively manage their experience throughout the post-implementation life cycle. She’ll train new customers on system operation, and provide additional for existing customers, as well as act as a “junction point” among internal departments – Sales, Product, Development, and Customer Operations.

Fun Fact: In her free time, Tine loves spending time on her family boat or at the beach searching for sand dollars, when she is not at a motocross track.

🔦 CSM Spotlight

We are delighted to introduce Manty, Customer Success Manager!

Manty joined the Connectbase team in March 2023- and in a few short months she has made quite an impact. No doubt her 20+ years of experience with QOS, NextLink, and XO Communications prepared her to become a customer champion with us.

Her advice to clients? “Leverage me in every way you possibly can. Maybe you need training or a better understanding of what’s in your contract. Speak up. I don’t want my clients to be silent. I want to hear what’s going well and where we can improve. There are always opportunities for all of us to get better.”

Fun Fact: Manty is just as passionate about what she does away from the job, too. If you want to see her light up, ask her about her church’s music program and the singers she stands alongside in the choir.
