McAfee vs Norton....
It has been a long standing debate as to which anti-virus software is better. The truth is for years, Windows own Microsoft Defender (which comes built into Windows) has been the best option.
As a matter of fact, these other so called anti-virus software have now become what we refer to as bloat-ware. They run in the background constantly scanning, with constant pop-ups, slowing down your computer and interfering with other programs.
These programs are sometimes pre-installed or attached to other downloads/installs (if you are not watching the prompts, you may inadvertently install them) AND they are very difficult to remove.
