Good news for Microsoft 365 users this morning - yesterday’s issues appear to have subsided. 👍

The DownDetector graph tells the story pretty clearly: a big spike in reported problems, followed by a return to normal levels.

If things seemed a little “off” yesterday, it may not have been you!

We keep an eye on outages like these so we can quickly distinguish between a local IT problem and a broader service issue.

There is a common assumption in small businesses that a good team will figure it out when something goes wrong.

Good teams do not figure it out, they follow a plan.

When a server fails, a ransomware note appears, or an outage hits at the worst possible moment, the decisions that need to be made in the next hour are not the ones you want to be making for the first time under pressure. Karen is our Finance Manager at Ekaru, keeping every financial detail of the business in order. Accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, quote processing, and everything in between.

Outside of work, Karen enjoys spending time with her family, going for country drives in her little convertible and hiking. She has also completed several Spartan competitions.
