Say hello to Stephen Liotta, this week's Employee Spotlight! Stephen is a Configuration Specialist Lead at TRG and has worked at the company for nine months. Stephen's favorite thing about his role is working alongside such a highly motivated spares pool team. He also enjoys the themed company events and being able to golf while at work! In his free time, Stephen enjoys home audio, vinyl records, golfing and anything Star Wars related. Fun facts about Stephen are that he is an identical twin, has an amazing mini dachshund named Obi and he does smart home/home theater consultations for fun. Say hello to Andrea Shimell, this week's Employee Spotlight! Andrea is a Project Manager at TRG and has worked at the company for almost a year. Andrea loves working at TRG because of the company's collaborative culture and the team's willingness to help each other when needed. She is especially grateful to be a part of implementing new processes for the Project Management department. Outside of work, Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband, Corey, family and friends. When the weather is nice, she also enjoys getting her kayak on the water, going for bike rides and going up to Marble Head to her family cottage. A fun fact about Andrea is that fall is her favorite time of the year because the weather is perfect. She loves the landscape and scenery when the leaves change, and she especially loves Halloween! Say hello to Maddie Chantler, this week's Employee Spotlight! Maddie is a Graphic Designer at TRG and has been with the company for 4.5 years. Maddie's favorite thing about her position is getting to use her creativity across a range of different projects, such as marketing campaigns, tradeshows and events, sales collateral and other support, internal signage, and so much more. She also enjoys working with her team and other colleagues at TRG. They make everyday fun and it feels like a family. Outside of work, Maddie is an aunt to 3 kiddos with another one on the way. She is usually always on the go, either traveling or trying new restaurants. Other fun facts about Maddie are that she plays on a sand volleyball league in the summer, learned how to sail last year and recently took up snowboarding as a new winter hobby. Say hello to Robbie Falbo, this week's Employee Spotlight! Robbie is the Accounts Payable Manager at TRG and has been with the company for over 10 years. Throughout her time at TRG, Robbie has worked in many different roles in both the Operations and Accounting departments. She enjoys working for TRG because the company has a fun and casual atmosphere, but everyone also works hard and gets things done. In her free time, Robbie enjoys watching any Cleveland sports, spending time with her grandson, having bonfires or going on a boat ride on the Vermilion River. Meet Josh Dziak, this week's Employee Spotlight! Josh is the Director of Human Resources and Employee Experience at TRG. Josh enjoys working at TRG because of the variety it gives him on a daily basis. This includes working with people from all entities of TruWest. He especially enjoys working with his HR teammates. Outside of work, Josh enjoys fishing, playing softball and spending time with his wife, Janet and children Lucas and Natalie. On the weekends, he enjoys grilling out and drinking a few good beers.
