Let’s talk boundaries ❤️‍🩹

I wanted to bring up the topic of boundaries not only because I’ve been practicing boundaries in my personal life but it’s also important to practice boundaries in your business as well.

Lately I’ve had to learn to say no, whether that’s family, friends, or business it is healthy to say no and not feel bad about it. I know boundaries can be hard but it’s worth it to take care of yourself rather than to please others.

This is important for self care and your business because you don’t want to get burnt out by always taking projects or saying yes to clients. It’s okay to set those boundaries and say no just because you don’t vibe with the project or client.

For this self care Sunday I wanted to ask you, how do you set boundaries?

I would just love to hear your stories because I’ve been going through a crazy learning process and awakening lately.

Im still learning myself, but setting these boundaries has made me feel better mentally and it can be hard at the same time.

From the color pallet on Sunday I was so inspired to turn it into a brand, but not just any normal brand.
I thought what would it look like if it were my brand but different?

Thrive Florist is my twist on a florist logo and my brand combined 🤍

Let’s talk improvement!

I have been studying and learning about graphic design since my junior year of high school.

Ever since I walked into my first day of my graphic design class I knew that it was for me. I just got that feeling in my chest and stomach that this was my purpose. Ever since then I have wanted nothing more than to study graphic design and continue improving on my skills since.

I studied graphic design in high school for two years, then continued my education in college until I received my bachelors degree. Even though I graduated two years ago from college, I keep seeking growth and wanting nothing but to improve more on my skills and keep growing.

I thought it would be fun to share a before and after of my work so you could see how far I have come!!

This first design was a project that I worked on in college where we were supposed to create a brand for the Olympics. Don’t get me wrong this project was huge for me and a huge improvement from high school, but it was also my first branding project.

The second design was a passion project I created this year that I am super proud of 🥲 I got the idea from as the concept was to create a brand for rolling papers for ma*****na. This brand is huge for me as I feel I have improved so much!

As I’ve mentioned before I’ve been feeling unmotivated and questioning what I’m doing, and some days I feel like giving up, but I know that if I keep going and never give up my future self is gonna look back and be so proud that I kept going!

I know things get hard sometimes (even a lot of the time for me) but we just gotta keep doing what we’re doing and I know we’ll get there one day!
I know sometimes I want these things now but I really do believe that things happen when they are supposed to and I just need to be patient and keep doing what I’m doing.

Not only is this a reminder for me, but I hope it’s helpful for you as well!! Never give up and keep doing what you’re doing!! We got this!! ☀️

Lately I have been feeling unmotivated and have had the feeling of what should I do next?

Last month I got to meet up with the community I’m in and we all have felt the same way, burnt out. But then one of my colleagues made me think of why I do what I do. Getting back to the basics and thinking why I get excited creating content and doing what I do as a designer.

This got me thinking back to square one and sometimes we just need to go back and think of the why behind what we do.

I decided to create my own business and seek clients to create designs that thrive because I want to create a space where clients can feel happiness within their passion and thrive in it!!

Not only do I want to provide quality designs, but I also want to help you feel as passionate as I do and I want you to know that you can always come back and leave happy.

I truly believe that graphic design is my souls purpose and all I’ve ever wanted is to make a difference in the world through art and design.

I want to make others happy about what they do and I want to help them thrive in it!!

Hello lovelies!!

Thrive Soul Graphics is officially back and running for business!!

I just wanted to say that my vacation was such a dream 🤩 driving there, being there, and driving back just felt so surreal 😭 I can’t even put into words how thankful I am and full my heart has felt.

Going to see my best friend has been a goal for me for a while and not only did I manifest it but I took the action and made it happen!! This trip really showed me that dreams do come true and you can make anything happen 🤩 That goes for you too!! Reach for your dreams and never stop until you do!!

Hello groovy hippie!!

I just wanted to let you know that I will be going on vacation September 3rd-11th!!

My fiancé, myself, and the puppies will be taking a road trip and driving to Michigan to see my best friend!! I am so excited as a vacation is much needed along with seeing my other half that I don’t get to see that often 😭

I wanted to let you know about my vacation because for one I’m really excited but also because I will not be on social media or doing any work as I am going to unplug and enjoy my time off 😊 I’ll probably post on my story here and there but there will be no posts this upcoming week and no business work.

I will be back the 11th and you can expect to here from me and continue work with me by September 14th!!

It’s self care Sunday my dudes!!

There are many ways you can practice self care and as you all know I love my facials and baths, but recently I have been taking on a new form of self care….

Thanks to I have been hitting the gym more lately!! I have been wanting to go to the gym for a while now but I just haven’t gone and started feeling terrible because of it, but then Sierra motivated me to finally go and even if that’s once a week it’s still a start!!

I have stopped looking at going to the gym as a punishment and started looking at it as self care and it has changed my mindset so much!!

I feel amazing when I go to the gym, drink water, and eat good food ☺️ then afterwards I still take my self care bath and do a facial and ughhh I just feel so amazing afterwards 🤩
