1. The Second Brain Method 🧠
Think of it as an external, digital brain that stores everything you need to remember, allowing your real brain to focus on creating and problem-solving. This method helps manage information overload and boosts creativity.

2. The PARA Method 🔄
PARA stands for Projects, Areas, Resources, and Archives—a simple yet powerful way to organize all your information:

Projects: Short-term efforts (e.g., launching a new product)
Areas: Ongoing responsibilities (e.g., health, finances)
Resources: Useful materials (e.g., research, templates)
Archives: Inactive items (e.g., completed projects)
3. The GTD Method ✅
David Allen’s Getting Things Done (GTD) is about capturing tasks and ideas, clarifying them, organizing, reflecting, and engaging. It keeps you on top of everything and reduces stress. The GTD workflow includes:
