This is spam, if this were real, you would receive written notification never an email and they certainly wouldn’t call you Mr. customer Mrs. customer they would have information to properly address you this is nonsense. I’ve never driven over a toll bridge in my life. I don’t think and I would’ve paid for it at the time.

Hello Neighbors, Windows 10 support is set to end in October, unless Microsoft extends the OS, are your devices windows 11 compatible? Many will not be.
Dis the Microsoft Windows compatibility tool say the device is not compatible? That is not a good reason to buy a new device.
Have you "upgraded" to Windows 11 and now have issues? If so, how is the connectivity/compatibility to the other devices on your network, such as cameras, TV's, printers.
Do the devices seem slower or disconnect from you network devices?

1 never click on unknown sender links
2 Apple would address me by name and would never text me, especially with a link
3 they may send an email but no link and would address me by name
4 They would follow up with a letter
