This one means a little more to me.

As a special needs mom, I know firsthand how important it is for individuals with disabilities and their caregivers to have a voice, access to resources, and opportunities to lead.

I’m honored to have designed and implemented the technology behind the Partners in Leadership application platform for . This custom-built system helps streamline applications, automate communication, support multiple languages, and make participation more accessible for the people this state government funded program serves.

The best part? Participants accepted into the program will receive an 8-week paid leadership and advocacy experience that equips them to become stronger advocates for themselves, their families, and their communities.

This project is dedicated to my baby girl. Mama will always be advocating for our community ♿️❤️

Another done for you project is complete 💪

Xavier University of Louisiana’s fully manual scholarship process is now a completely digital system. This was built on Ellucian’s Student Forms and Banner software products.

Here’s the dets and impact after day 1 of the launch:
- 1,300+ students served.
- 23 appeals submitted within 24 hours of launch.
- Processing time cut from 3–5 business days to near real-time.

My client had a 366% growth rate in one year after working with me without any ads...and I’m sharing what I did to help her do it ⬇️

My client is an online coach using and , but was not growing like she wanted, plus she was not using all of the features of her business tools (which is actually quite common for a lot of small business owners 😬)...

Here’s where I came in as her automation & systems expert, and what I did after she hired me:

1. I did a full business systems analysis (aka an “ariel view of her software systems”) to dissect her processes to find places that could be improved.

2. I created high converting landing pages and email sequences (including the copy) to stay top of mind...oh they were automated too⚡

3. Added SEO to everything she had online (websites, landing pages, images...everything!)

4. Setup her Google My Business Profile, and she now ranks higher than educational institutions in her area 🙌🏽

5. Created and set up her entire onboarding process and system for her client acquisition including a 12-month automated retention process.
