These scammers just want to get on your computer and try to sell items you do not need, or worse. Remember, software companies do not have the time or resources to contact all of their customers to report a problem! If there is a question about how your computer is working, we can help! Good Morning and Merry Christmas!

LastPass has made a disturbing announcement we wanted to pass along. (See the attached article). Encrypted copies of customer password vaults have been “stolen” from the LastPass cloud server. This will possibly allow all of the stored passwords in the service to be available to the hackers. It is advised, if you have ever used LastPass, that you begin the process of changing the passwords to the stored websites. Remember, the hackers will have to break the encryption or hack the password used to secure the stored passwords.

It’s way worse than the previous notice made it seem.
