Small Gaps Create Big Problems

Many ransomware attacks succeed because of overlooked weaknesses, not sophisticated hacking. Unclear responsibilities, outdated playbooks, untested backups, and untrained employees can all increase the impact of an attack.

Our Ransomware Readiness Simulation helps uncover these hidden gaps before cybercriminals do. Because prevention begins with visibility.

How Fast Could You Recover?

Recovery isn't measured by how many backups you have. It's measured by how quickly you can restore business operations.

Our simulation validates backup and recovery processes while identifying obstacles that could delay restoration during a real ransomware attack.

Recovery planning starts long before disaster strikes.

Your Executive Report Is More Than a Scorecard

Knowing where your organization stands is only the beginning.

After every Ransomware Readiness Simulation, you'll receive an executive report outlining your strengths, weaknesses, response timeline, and prioritized recommendations for improvement.

The goal isn't simply identifying problems it's creating a roadmap toward stronger cyber resilience.

Would Your First Response Be the Right One?

The first decisions made during a ransomware incident often determine how quickly an organization recovers.

Without clearly defined procedures, teams can lose valuable time deciding what to do next.

Our simulation evaluates your response process and highlights opportunities to improve coordination and decision-making. Because preparation eliminates uncertainty.

Municipalities Are Prime Targets

Local governments provide essential public services that communities rely on every day.

When ransomware disrupts those services, the impact extends far beyond IT. Our Ransomware Readiness Simulation helps municipalities evaluate their readiness, improve coordination, and strengthen response plans before an incident affects the public.

Prepared communities begin with prepared organizations.

Could Your Manufacturing Operations Keep Running?

Manufacturing facilities rely on connected systems to keep production moving.
A ransomware incident can halt operations, delay shipments, and create costly downtime.

Our Ransomware Readiness Simulation helps manufacturers understand how quickly they can respond, recover, and resume operations after a cyber incident.
Because operational resilience starts with preparation.

That slow old laptop your employee is putting up with is costing you more than a new one would.

It's easy to treat a computer as something you only replace when it dies. As long as it still switches on, a new one feels like money you don't need to spend.

Every slow start-up in the morning, every wait for a file to open, every frozen call someone has to drop and rejoin is a couple of minutes gone.

It happens over and over, all day, to everyone stuck on an old machine. Add it up across a year and it's well past the price of a new laptop.

And that's before the frustration, or the fact that old machines stop getting security updates, which makes a slow computer a risky one too.

You don't have to replace everything at once. Just look at how old your team's computers are.

Around the three or four year mark is usually where a machine starts costing you more in lost time than a replacement would.

Ask your staff which computers drive them mad and they'll tell you straight away.

Your IT provider can also point out which ones are near the end of their supported life, since those tend to be both the slowest and the least safe.

Financial Institutions Need More Than Strong Passwords

Financial organizations are trusted to protect sensitive customer information and maintain uninterrupted services.

A ransomware attack can impact operations, customer confidence, and regulatory compliance.

Our Ransomware Readiness Simulation helps financial institutions evaluate response procedures, validate recovery plans, and strengthen overall resilience before an attack occurs.

Preparation helps protect both your organization and your clients.

If you open an email attachment that looks like an image and it asks you to log in, close it.

There's a phishing trick going around this year that hides inside picture files, and it gets past the filters most businesses rely on.

It uses a file type called SVG. It's an image format, but unlike a normal photo, it can carry code inside it.

Someone double-clicks the attachment expecting a picture. Instead it opens in their browser, runs, and sends them to a fake Microsoft login page built for their exact email.

The email system lets it through because, as far as it can tell, it's just an image. Researchers flagged a wave of these in early June.

A picture should never send you to a login screen. So if you open an attachment and it asks for your password, don't type it in.

And be careful with any image you weren't expecting, especially one ending in .svg.

People almost never send those on purpose.

Ask your IT provider to block SVG attachments. Hardly any business needs to receive them, so blocking them costs you nothing.

Healthcare Can't Afford Downtime

For healthcare organizations, ransomware is more than an IT issue, it can disrupt patient care, delay critical services, and put sensitive information at risk.

Our Ransomware Readiness Simulation helps healthcare providers evaluate their incident response, validate backup recovery, and identify security gaps before a real emergency occurs.

Because every second counts when patient care depends on your systems.
