Internet acting a little sluggish? 🐌 Before you give us a call, try the "magic reset!"

In this video, we walk you through how to identify your POE (Power over Ethernet) and how a simple 5-minute reboot can get your speeds back on track.

Steps to Reboot:
1️⃣ Locate your POE adapter.
2️⃣ Unplug the power for a few seconds (the LED light will go out).
3️⃣ Plug it back in and give it about 5 minutes to sync.
