Hello Everyone.

In response to the measures signed into effect by Gov. Abbott this past Friday, Falls IT will be doing our part to contribute to protecting public health.

Beginning today, March 23rd, Falls IT will be halting all on-site work until at the earliest, April 3rd as per the executive order. We will also be closing our office during this time.

Donnie and I will be working from home and will be fielding remote support as best we are able during this time. You can still reach us by phone at (940) 782-8100 during this time, and it is important that all support requests via email are sent to [email protected] as this reaches everyone at my organization.

We understand this is a unique time and set of circumstances and we will continue to do our best to provide you with quality support.

In the event of a true emergency, such as a site being down or a server crash we will coordinate an on-site call at that point.

We will continue to monitor the situation and keep everyone looped in as things progress to the best that we are able.

This job will be a mixture of in-office, remote support and primarily on-site work. This includes building computers, installing computers, data transfers, troubleshooting all things IT including network devices, mobile devices and performing routine maintenance. Primarily you will be sent on-site to troubleshoot and resolve any issue and/or install new equipment or software.

Experience is required as you will need a functional knowledge of Windows operating systems and a basic knowledge level of Apple operating systems.

No formal certifications are required for this position. As this is an on-site position, this will require the use of a reliable vehicle that can be used to deliver and or pick up equipment. Good hygiene and professional etiquette is required as you will be directly working with clients.

The ability to climb stairs and ladders is required, as well as the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Training will be provided continually for areas that are lacking knowledge.

Rate of pay is negotiable and will be based upon your current skill set.

We are currently experiencing an internet outage. The problem is apparently due to a statewide outage from NTS Communication. Unfortunately due to the magnitude of this outage, we currently do not have an ETA for resolution.
