MEDIATEK SOLUTIONS is a growing Commercial IT installation and support company in Wichita, Kansas that needs an EXPERIENCED Field Technician for cabling and full installs of security cameras, networks, PBX/VoIP phones, Menus/Displays, Point of Sale Networks, Pro Audio/speaker systems, PC/Server Repair, software loads, etc. Flexibility for working across many technologies is key AKA "Smart Hands".

Must be comfortable on a ladder 6'-14', working over your head for extended times in ceilings and crawling on your knees terminating cabling under counters/desks. Scissor lift experience helpful for work up to 30'. If you have fear of heights, vertigo or random dizziness this job is NOT for you.

You MUST have a valid drivers license with a clean record, pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Company van/tools is provided.

Pay is negotiable, based on experience. You must be friendly, customer focused, professional in appearance and demeanor. Typical Hours are 8AM-5PM, M-F. Hours do vary especially with customer migrations and large cut-overs, requiring occasional early mornings, late nights and or overnight work. Daily travel to customer sites in Wichita(50%) and covering the rest of Kansas(50%). Occasional overnight/out of town is required for projects but typically no more than a 3-5 days at a time.
