Did you know that Broadstroke serves customers outside the Wichita metro area too?

Jason and Tyler attended the McPherson Chamber of Commerce Chamber Connection event hosted by the fire department yesterday. They enjoyed learning some firefighter history and having the opportunity to connect with members of the McPherson community.

It’s the time of year for one of our favorite projects!

For the second year in a row, we’ve worked with Kilian Electrical Service on the design for their t-shirts for the International Lineman Rodeo, which was held this past weekend in the Kansas City area.

We may be more than a little biased, but we think the design for the shirts this year was pretty awesome! We hope there was a lot of demand for these bad boys when the competitors were swapping shirts for their favorites.

Congratulations to WSU Tech Foundation and B-29 Doc on another successful Pull a Plane event!

Jason was out with his sons (who were a part of the winning youth team!) for the festivities on Saturday. It was great to see such a good turnout supporting several great causes.

Tyler and Jason were on hand this morning at the Chamber’s monthly Sunrise Scrambler, hosted and led by Kansas Leadership Center.

Jason Bosch, Ed.D. spoke about tackling the toughest business challenges. As we all know, it can be easy to get caught up in everything that’s going on, and to come up with a ‘quick fix’ that works temporarily while we’re juggling everything on our plates but ultimately doesn’t solve the underlying issue.

This talk was a great reminder that while they’re more work, deep dives to truly understand an organizational or employee morale issue provide more sustainable solutions. Making that effort, recognizing failures, and finding and adapting solutions to keep up with changing times shows that you value the people that contribute to the long-term success of your business.

Thanks to Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce as always for organizing thoughtful topics for these monthly meetings!

These turned out great, Frank Lloyd Wright's Allen House!

If you know someone who's into architecture or are looking for a Wichita-themed gift idea for the holidays, this calendar featuring photos and information about the history of the Allen House is a great and affordable option that helps support our local landmark!
